Confectionery mix for making chocolate muffins and buns

Lesaffre muffins are delicate, fluffy inside, and most importantly, the crumb is moist for a long time, so that the finished product stays fresh for much longer. You can never be bored with muffins, maybe because you can combine them with creams, fruit, dried fruits or simply whipped cream.

Method:

Mix all the dough ingredients to a uniform consistency with a horizontal frame mixer for about 4 minutes at slow speed. Then put the batter portions muffin cases or molds and bake. * Suggested weight for tulip muffin cases is 90-100g

Baking: 190-200°C

Baking time: 30-35 minutes
