Method:

Knead all dough ingredients to normal consistency. Weigh out the desired amount, shape a loaf, coat in a sprinkle, and then put it in a pan greased with oil. Ferment for about 45 minutes and then bake with steam.

Baking temperature: 240°C

Baking time: approximately 30 minutes.
