Method:

Knead all dough ingredients to normal consistency. Allow the initial fermentation of the dough for about 30 minutes. Then weigh the desired amount, put the dough into the pans and ferment for about 30 minutes.

Baking: 225°C

Baking time: approximately 35 minutes
