Mix for making steamed cake
Steamed cake allows for a wide range of applications, among others for cake shells, eclairs, puffs, straws, peas and Vienna donuts, shortening the time of dough preparation and eliminating any risks. Products from Lesaffre steamed cake are: light, dry and have a straw color. The advantages of this mix include, among others, low fat absorption (in fried products) and low weight loss during heat treatment.
